Building a domestic church

Simple habits that help Catholic families pray, reconcile, and grow together at home.

Parish Pastoral Team

The Second Vatican Council called the family the domestic church — the first place where faith is handed on. That does not require perfect schedules or long liturgies. It asks for faithful presence.

Begin where you are: a blessing before meals, a decade of the Rosary on Sunday evening, or reading the Gospel of the day aloud before bedtime. When conflict comes, practise apology and forgiveness as a family skill, not a defeat.

Our parish is ready to walk with you. Bring your children to Mass, join a ministry that fits your season of life, and let the sacraments strengthen the love you already give each other at home.
