Parish Announcements

Our annual Harvest and Bazaar will be held on the parish grounds. Families are invited to prepare produce, crafts, and food stalls, and to invite neighbours.

Volunteers for logistics, the children’s corner, and the choir should add their names to the list at the parish office.

Visitors and new parishioners are warmly welcome at Mater Misericordiae Catholic Church, Rumuomasi. Join us for Sunday Mass, weekday liturgies, and parish gatherings.

If you are new, please introduce yourself to a priest or usher after Mass, or contact the parish office so we can help you settle into parish life.

The Catholic Women Organization invites all women of the parish to the monthly meeting after the 8:00 AM Sunday Mass.

New members are welcome. Please see the CWO leadership or the parish office if you wish to join.

The Catholic Youth Organization will lead a Holy Hour this Friday at 6:00 PM in the church. All young people and families are invited to pray before the Blessed Sacrament.

A short fellowship follows in the parish hall.

Weekday Mass is celebrated at 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday. Saturday Vigil Mass is as announced in the bulletin.

Confession is available before weekday Mass and by appointment with a priest. Please arrive a few minutes early so the sacrament can be celebrated without delaying the liturgy.

Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to the church roof project. Envelopes are available at the back of the church, and online giving remains open on the parish website.

Parents wishing to enrol children for First Holy Communion or Confirmation classes should contact the parish office this month.

Bring the child’s baptismal certificate when you register. Class days and times will be published after enrolment closes.

The parish office is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please call ahead for certificate requests and to schedule meetings with a priest.
